This represents a substantial 15.7% increase in volume and an even more impressive 19.9% growth in value compared to June 2024, demonstrating the market's resilience and continued appeal to both domestic and international investors.

Off-Plan Properties - lead the market activity


The off-plan segment maintained its dominant position, accounting for 63.1% of all transactions in June 2025.

A total of 10,282 off-plan properties were sold, generating 28.06 Bil AED in sales value - representing a 21.9% increase in volume and 39.7% growth in value year-over-year. This performance underscores strong investor confidence in Dubai's future development pipeline and the attractive payment structures offered by developers.


Ready Properties - surge with premium performance


Perhaps the most striking performance came from the ready properties segment, which recorded 5,944 transactions worth 18.96 Bil AED in June 2025. This represents an exceptional 44.3% increase in volume and a remarkable 105.2% surge in value compared to the same period in 2024

Ready properties now command an average transaction value of 3.19 Mil AED, significantly higher than off-plan properties at 2.73 Mil AED, reflecting the premium buyers are willing to pay for immediate occupancy and established communities. This trend indicates a maturing market where investors increasingly value immediate returns and established infrastructure.


The preference for off-plan properties reflects buyers' strategic approach to capitalizing on Dubai's growth trajectory. Popular Areas: Geographic Hotspots Drive Market Activity


Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) emerged as the top-performing area by transaction volume in June 2025, with an average sales value of AED 2.2 million. This community continues to attract young professionals and families seeking affordable luxury in a well-connected location.

Dubai Land Department encourages Emirati citizens to join the Dubai Real Estate Broker Program.
